We believe that programs and solutions designed with proven frameworks and methodologies, using accurate data and incorporating appropriate skills, knowledge, expertise, and insights from those with lived experience, will provide a transformative experience for our stakeholders and yield incredible results for the Pittsburgh region.

When the Equity | Impact Center launched in 2022, we envisioned a community-centered organization that would bridge identified gaps across our region through careful research, data collection, data analysis, comprehensive program design, and thoughtful collaboration. Our work has made an immediate impact locally, nationally, and globally.
Today, we have quickly become a vital community asset for organizational capacity building, entrepreneurial advancement, collective impact, and leadership development. We steward our initiatives across sectors by empowering solutions developed by people with lived experience, critical skills, appropriate knowledge, expertise, and innovative perspectives.
