Announcing the 2023 SCALE Fellowship Cohort!
We are delighted to announce the 2023 cohort of the SCALE Fellowship Program! This program is dedicated to supporting and advancing the careers of Black women in the music industry. Our 2023 cohort is comprised of musicians who bring diverse musical backgrounds and artistry to the program. We are incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication to their craft and we look forward to seeing their continued success. We are excited to welcome this group of extremely talented musicians to SCALE. Congratulations to the 2023 SCALE Fellowship cohort!
The 2023 SCALE Fellows are:
SCALE is the first fellowship program of this kind developed through cross-sector, multi-layered collaboration. SCALE was designed by Leigh Solomon Pugliano with collaboration from multiple partners in order to develop a comprehensive program that provides immediate support to artists along with ongoing opportunities for growth and advancement.
The SCALE Fellowship provides individualized artist development, an entrepreneurial skill-building curriculum, and intentional opportunities for Black women in music to connect, share, learn, grow, and collaborate. SCALE supports our artist entrepreneurs in designing business structures and growth strategies, while providing resources to create and present their work.
