The EIC Institute

EQUITY | STRATEGY | IMPACT

The Equity | Impact Center (EIC) Institute is designed to provide strategic, customized support to organizations working to be more inclusive, equitable, efficient, and sustainable. Institute members have access to expert-led training, strategic expertise, and intentionally designed programs that comprehensively and holistically meet their individual needs. Through the application and onboarding process, members will be supported in determining their priorities and develop a customized EIC Institute Roadmap. Monthly coaching with an expert and continuous access to EIC resources, reporting, and materials will bolster the outcomes, allowing organizations to develop solutions to address their biggest challenges and design and implement actions to meet strategic priorities.

Cost of Membership: Starting at $25,000 per year

How to become an EIC Institute Member:

  • Schedule an information session with EIC Institute team
  • Complete the membership application
  • Application reviewed (approved/denied) and next steps
  • Accept membership and design your member roadmap and strategic journey
