Leigh Antoinette Solomon Pugliano is the Founder, President, and CEO of the Equity | Impact Center. She is a strategist, educator, and systems designer whose work centers equity, data, and lived experience as essential components of sustainable change. Through research-informed program design and cross-sector collaboration, she has developed leadership models and ecosystem-level interventions that strengthen individuals, organizations, and institutions working to advance equitable economic futures.
Leigh’s expertise spans nonprofit strategy, entrepreneurship, arts and culture, and institutional partnerships. She has designed and led nationally recognized fellowship and accelerator programs, stewarded complex collaborative initiatives, and guided leaders across sectors in building equity-centered infrastructure. Her work integrates rigorous research, practical implementation, and community accountability to produce measurable and lasting impact.
