Our Program Model
Our integrated methodology emphasizes collaborative, systems-level interventions that build community capacity and support sustainable economic transformation, recognizing that lasting change requires more than isolated efforts. Our approach invests in individual capacity (SCALE Fellowship, INTERVALS, PEER Fellowship, Transformative Leader), organizational sustainability (INTERVALS, Full Circle), and institutional and ecosystem infrastructure (EIC Institute).
A Systems-Level Approach to Economic Transformation
This approach requires diverse stakeholders across sectors to work collaboratively toward shared economic opportunity and advancement goals. Rather than addressing a single gap, we strengthen the interconnected elements research shows are essential for regions in transition: leadership talent, viable businesses, effective support organizations, and collaborative networks.
The Equity | Impact Center programs and services are designed and implemented under two strategic priorities:
- Equity-Centered: data-informed programs and services designed to directly address the systemic inequities in our community.
- Impact-Driven: programs and services designed to support and sustain existing efforts that address systemic inequities in our community.
“As a therapist, before I hid behind the work. Now I not only stand with the work but stand beside the work saying “this work matters!” The Equity Impact Center helped me learn to be confident in the work I provide.”
