THE TRANSFORMATIVE LEADER AWARD PROGRAM

The Transformative Leader Program (TLP) is an 8-month leadership development program for social impact, social justice, and nonprofit leaders. TLP provides the opportunity for change-driven leaders to learn and build skills to navigate systems change, improve operations and efficiency, and build relationships with like-minded peers. Leaders from all sectors are invited to apply, including but not limited to nonprofit organizations, philanthropic organizations, social impact businesses, community groups, corporations, academic institutions, and government and political leaders. THE SCALE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

The SCALE Fellowship was designed to advance Black women in music. As the first of its kind fellowship for Black women in music, SCALE provides the knowledge and resources to craft effective business strategies while providing a dedicated space for the creation, production, and presentation of their work. The program equips artists with the resources and support necessary to build sustainable careers and overcome challenges unique to Black artists. Learn more.

THE CREATIVE IN RESIDENCE PROGRAM

Our Creative in Residence program is designed at the intersections of art, social justice, and entrepreneurship. Each year, the Equity | Impact Center offers a unique opportunity for an artist whose work addresses systemic inequity through their creative practice. The CIR receives support, from developing ideas into sustainable solutions to acquiring investment, documentation, and evaluation of their work. Learn more.

FULL CIRCLE NON-PROFIT ACCELERATOR PROGRAM

Full Circle is focused on leadership development and organizational growth. This program will improve leadership skills, organizational efficiency, financial sustainability, and storytelling to increase a nonprofit’s overall impact. The 3-month cohort-based program incorporates workshops, mentoring, networking opportunities, and a pitch event.

THE EIC INSTITUTE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

The Equity | Impact Center Institute is designed to provide customized strategic support to social impact businesses and organizations that are working to be more efficient and sustainable. Institute members have access to strategic expertise and guidance through an expert-led program model designed to comprehensively and holistically meet the needs of the organization, team, and leader. Institute members will engage in strategy sessions to determine goals and priorities and develop an Institute Roadmap to guide their work. Monthly work sessions and continuous access to our experts, resources, reporting, and materials will bolster solutions and implementation strategies.
