The Equity | Impact Center (EIC) Institute membership program is the first of its kind, social impact initiative, designed to provide long-term, customized strategic support to social impact businesses and nonprofit organizations working to develop the systems, processes, infrastructure, and strategic design frameworks to scale and improve the outcomes and long-term impact of their work. EIC Institute members have year-long access to strategic expertise, mentorship, and guidance through an expert-led program framework designed to comprehensively and holistically meet the needs of the organization, the team, and the leader.
The EIC Institute offers a pathway for leaders and their teams to develop strategies to improve programmatic outcomes, organizational effectiveness, financial sustainability, and individual and team well-being. The EIC Institute model offers immediate interventions and customized support to build institutional capacity for continued learning, innovation, and strategic growth planning. The program supports members as they navigate organizational and systems-level challenges. We invest in individuals to advance leadership capacity while developing actionable strategies that include clearly identified goals and priorities, outlined outcomes, and defined, measurable benchmarks for success.
